BILL is an all-volunteer organization that cannot provide a quality Little League program to our kids without the generous donation of your time and effort. The quality and consistency of the Little League experience each year is largely determined by the number of volunteers. Big or small, there's always something that you can do that will be greatly appreciated. Each family can choose to opt-out of the volunteer commitment by paying a $150 non-volunteer fee at registration; similarly, if you volunteer for a specific role but don't fulfill the commitment by the end of the season, your account may be assessed the fee. This fee is per family, not per player.

Manager - The Manager is responsible for organizing practices, pre-game preparation, and game-time strategy.  The Manager at all times shall conduct themself in accordance with the requirements of Little League rules and policies and shall set and communicate appropriate standards of behavior, attitude, and demeanor for players, coaches, parents, and fans. If you are interested in managing at team, please reach out to the Little League Board in advance of the season; managers are selected and voted on by the board before the season starts. 

Coach –  Assists the manager during both practices and games helping with instruction, strategy, and team management.  Maximum 2 per team. Team manager has discretion to select and approve coaches. 

Umpire - Acts as an official judge and rules arbiter during the play of a game. Clinics will be provided for umpire instruction. This role only applies to AA - Uppers Baseball and Intermediate - Juniors Softball. 

Field Prep - Assists in preparing fields before games and clean-up after games. 4 game minimum commitment.

Scorekeeper - Score games and record team statistics in the official score book, including pitch-count, outs, strikes/balls, runs, etc. This applies to AA through Uppers Baseball and Intermediate through Juniors Softball only. 4 game minimum commitment.
